          If you have a concern about a student service located on the St. George Campus, your first step is to talk to the Director of the service.

          If your concern has not been resolved after taking this step, your second step should be to contact the Executive/Senior Director of the service.

Book a one-on-one appointment with a student mentorship education assistant to learn about and get support navigating mentorship programs at U of T.

Types of appointments

All appointments are 20 minutes.

Getting Involved in Mentorship Programs at U of T

Meet with a mentorship education assistant who will help you navigate getting involved in mentorship programs at U of T. They can highlight specific programs, services and resources that meet your unique needs.

Finding Relevant Mentorship Workshops/Events

Meet with a mentorship education assistant who will help you identify which mentorship workshops/events may be  right for you.

How to Build and Maintain Meaningful Mentorship Relationships

Meet with a mentorship education assistant who will support you in building and maintaining meaningful mentorship relationships through sharing specific resources that meet your unique needs.

Locating Mentorship Resources/Tools

Meet with a mentorship education assistant who will support you in finding the best resources/tools that you are searching for. Visit the Mentorship & Peer Programs resource library to get started.

Starting a Mentorship Program at U of T

Meet with a mentorship education assistant who will provide key resources on the next steps to starting a mentorship program at U of T. They can provide any further referrals you may need to get your program up and running.

Listing or Editing a Mentorship Program on the CLNx Mentorship Database

Meet with a mentorship education assistant who will be able to share the benefits and steps to getting your mentorship program on the CLNx Mentorship Database.

    Appointments are available various times each week via Zoom, Microsoft Teams or in person.

  • Booking and Documentation

    Booking & Documentation

    Log in to the Career and Co-Curricular Learning Network (CLNx) to book your appointment with the St. George Mentorship & Peer Programs team.

    Available appointments are displayed up to one month in advance. You can pre-book your appointment up to one week in advance.

    Appointments are located under “Mentorship” in the CLNx menu (left side of your screen).

    Make sure to click “Mentorship & Peer Programs Appointments” to view available appointments.

    If you are unable to book an appointment online via CLNx, please email mentorship@utoronto.ca to request an appointment.
