Co-Curricular Record (CCR) recognition will help you:

• Boost your group’s visibility with a listing on the CCR online directory.
• Highlight the skills you’ve honed.
• Record your participation in an official university document.
• Assist with transitioning between executive teams.

Clubs and groups aiming for CCR recognition must enlist a U of T faculty or staff member as their validator. Staff, faculty and librarians with inquiries about validation can contact ccr@utoronto.ca.

At CCR training, student leaders will:

• Learn about adding their group to the CCR and accessing the submission form.
• Discover how to secure a staff/faculty validator.
• Understand the validation process for their members at the year’s end.
• Get insights into CCR Clubs & Groups resources.

Please note: Only club/group representatives who attend the CCR training session can complete the application and CCR process for the year. This is a responsibility and should be deliberated before choosing the representatives.
